Delivery and pickup
Basket Kase is born, bred and based in Melbourne. Currently we are only shipping to Melbourne, Victoria.
Upon order, your Basket will be handmade with love, and delivered within 3 business days (unless you have a later date in mind).
If its urgent, and you need it delivered asap, get in touch with us via the Contact Page, Instagram or Facebook - we will always do our best to accommodate special requests (even same day deliveries).
We do offer free pickup in West Footscray but we have to be those people and warn you about some important things:
- Balloon Baskets by their very nature can be fragile, when we deliver them we have a custom made stand that holds our baskets in place to avoid any damage from heavy bumps in the road, or lets be honest your hazardous driving.
- When you pickup your balloon, it will be in tip top condition, as you'll be able to see when you take it. After leaving with the balloon, we unfortunately don't offer refunds if any damage is caused in transit, that's why we always recommend delivery (I know it has a cost involved, but believe us its worth it!)
