**$40 deposit required on delivery/pickup which is returned in full upon return of the goods**
Free pickup is available in West Footscray, but balloon mosaics by their nature can be fragile - and unfortunately once you have picked up the mosaic we don't offer refunds if the balloons are popped during transit - and so we always recommend letting us deliver.
